User Name/Password Problems

How do I create an account on beerline.com?

The first time you visit the site, you must register. You will need your 5-digit account number and liquor license ID to register.

Steps to Register:

  1. Click on the ‘Register Now’ link in the top right corner of the website.
  2. Enter in your Liquor License ID and your 5-digit Account ID.
  3. Find yourself in a list of customers in our database. If your name is not in the list, create a new user.
  4. Enter your username, email address, phone number and password.

An email will be sent immediately with a link to activate your account.  If you do not receive the confirmation message within a few minutes of signing up, check your Junk or Spam folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox.  

Once you have successfully completed the registration process and activated your account, you can begin using the website.

I forgot my user name and/or password.

No problem. Click on the 'forgot password' link on the top right corner of the website. You will receive an email that will contain your user name and a link to reset your password.

I just registered on beerline.com and I can't login. I know my user name and password are correct.

Did you activate your account? If not, check your email. You must click on the link in the email sent to you from noreply@reyesholdings.com to activate your account and complete the registration process. If you do not see this message in your 'inbox' check your 'junk' or 'spam' folder.

If you already activated your account, remember your user name and password is case sensitive. To make sure you are using the correct user name and password click on the 'forgot password' link on the top right corner of the website. You will receive an email that will contain your user name and a link to reset your password.
