Online Service Request
The Beerline website makes placing service requests easier than ever. Visit the ‘Service Requests’ page and complete the simple form(s). Be sure to provide detailed information about your request. Upon receipt we will contact you with any questions regarding your request.
The first time you visit the site, you must register. You will need your account number and liquor license ID to register.
Steps to Register:
- Click on the ‘Register Now’ link in the top right hand corner of the website.
- Enter in your Liquor License ID and your Customer Account ID.
- Find yourself in a list of customers in our database. If your name is not in the list, create a new user.
- Enter your username, email address, phone number and password.
An email will be sent immediately with a link to activate your account. If you do not receive the confirmation message within a few minutes of signing up, check your Junk Email folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox.
Once you have successfully completed the registration process and activated your account, you can begin using the website.
